Poor Pup Was Found in Poor Health

Poor Wendall was found in rural VA as a stray. He is missing a lot of fur and is just not in ideal health overall.  What is even sadder is that the shelter believes the individual that dropped him off as a stray was actually his owner and just chose to neglect him.  Wendall likely feels pretty lousy and laying on a cold cement floor every day isn't helping his recovery.  Even though his body may not be in top shape, his happiness is!  At only a year or two old, Wendall is in a perfect age to provide someone with that young dog fun but past the puppy troublemaker phase.  Homeward Trails needs your donation to get Wendall to the DC area for some TLC so please sponsor him today!
