Hershey was born on St. Patrick's Day last year! Her mother gave birth on the side of a road in Puerto Rico; luckily, a family saw her and took the whole family in. The family kept them safe and eventually started giving the puppies away. But Hershey never found a family, and a local foster took care of her temporarily. Now, Hershey is hoping to be lucky on St. Patrick's Day once again as she is slated to fly here on March 17! A generous foster in Puerto Rico is paying for her flight, but we could use some help covering the cost of vetting and caring for Hershey. She's so close to a forever home -- can you help us get her there?
