CDC is partnering with USF to conduct a focus group of black high school seniors who reside or attend school in East Tampa to gain their experiences and opinions about educational and racial challenges in school and every day life in their community. The information gathered will help USF better understand the educational challenges of Black students and assist in developing an action plan to address challenges that the participant and other students face in their daily life.
Funds raised will aid in providing incentives to students for their participation in the study.
