In lieu of our traditional spring Walk/Dance-a-Thon, Washington Open staff are holding a Read-a-Thon from March 1 to March 8. Students will be encouraged to track the number of minutes read and, most importantly, have FUN exploring new books!
With a goal of $125 per student, WOPFG is facilitating raising funds for Washington Open Elementary School. These programs are directly funded by the school budget (and not WOPFG).
Your entire gift, minus MightyCause website fees, will make the following things possible:
- Additional Counseling
- Student Leaders
- Academic and Reading (LIT) Support
- Paid Yard Duty
- Tech Support & Technology Licensing
- Books, Materials & Supplies
- Enrichment items for students and schoolwide pride items
- Clerical support
- Staff appreciation
- Resources for students as needed
- SBAC Proctors
