When Sharon isn’t helping people find their dream home in beautiful Punta Gorda, she’s busy proving that laughter might just be the best closing tool. A Realtor with Coldwell Banker Sunstar Realty for over 20 years, she’s negotiated deals, handled hurricanes, survived home inspections, and mastered the fine art of keeping a smile while waiting for the “final” version of the contract… for the seventh time. 

Married to her saintly husband Andy, Sharon is the proud mom to two children who generously supplied her with 5½ grandchildren (the “½” is still in escrow) and a brand-new 4-month-old great-grandson who already knows how to wrap her around his tiny little finger. 

She claims her superpower is being able to find the perfect home and the best spot for a quick, yummy lunch at one of Punta Gorda’s many food treasures. Sharon believes that real estate and comedy have a lot in common—both require quick thinking, good timing, and the ability to keep a straight face when things get weird. 

On stage, she’s swapping closing costs for punchlines and lockboxes for laughs. Whether it’s finding the funny in Florida living or turning escrow into entertainment, Sharon’s here to prove that the keys to happiness might just be… in her pocket.
