Emergency for dumped puppies

We got a call yesterday about these tiny babies who had been dumped at a fire station and desperately needed help. We knew from the pictures that they looked bad but upon arrival it was clear that they were in dire conditions. They are severely emmaciated and dehydrated but they are fighters.
