Honor Flight Boise: 
Honoring Our Heroes, One Flight at a Time

Many of our Veterans returned home decades ago, quietly putting away their uniforms and continuing to serve their families and communities. Honor Flight Boise was created to make sure these heroes know one thing — their service has not been forgotten.

Honor Flight Boise is a nonprofit organization dedicated to taking Southwest Idaho Veterans who served from World War II through the Vietnam era on a once-in-a-lifetime journey to Washington, D.C. to visit the memorials built in their honor. Each Veteran travels at no cost to them and receives the recognition, gratitude, and welcome home they deserve.

Our inaugural flight, Mission #1, will depart October 3–5, 2026, carrying local Veterans on a powerful trip filled with remembrance, reflection, and appreciation.

Honor Flight Boise receives no government funding. Every flight is made possible through the generosity of individuals, businesses, and community partners who believe in honoring those who answered the call to serve.

Your donation helps provide airfare, lodging, meals, transportation, and every detail needed to give our Veterans an unforgettable experience.

They gave their best years for us. Now it’s our turn to give them a few unforgettable days.
