These dogs were dumped on the side of the road

It's hard to imagine the cruelty of the people who dumped 12 dogs on the side of the road in southern Virginia. They loaded up their truck with the dogs, dropped them in a deserted area and sped off. Luckily for these dogs, a couple witnessed the abandonment and immediately contacted the local shelter, ensuring they were rescued before being hit by a car or encountering a predator. Elf, Hoot and Snowy are three of the dogs rescued from the side of the road. We want to find them forever homes where they can learn the joys of a family that won't abandon them.
