Dear Angel, Guardian, Patron, Supporter, and Friends,

Warm greetings from Africa Ewaka. We are delighted to invite your esteemed organization to partner with us for the second edition of “Beacon of Hope”. The children of Africa Ewaka, their stories told and performed, in a powerful theatrical dance production.

The event will take place on the 9th November 2025 at the Uganda National Cultural Center in Kampala. We would be honored to have your support as a sponsor.

Africa Ewaka is a transformative child-centered project created by two dedicated organizations:

Testimony Africa is a Ugandan-based indigenous organization committed to nurturing the character and potential of destitute children and women—including orphans, street children, the disabled, and those displaced by conflict—by equipping them with education, life skills, and opportunities for income generation, employment, and creative expression.

MiaMore Foundation, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, dedicated to providing humanitarian aid and support to women and children made vulnerable by abuse, displacement, and poverty by providing access to Education, Healthcare, and Sustainable environmental initiatives. Through creative and engaging approaches, Miamore Foundation aims to unleash the inner strength of these individuals, promoting their well-being and resilience.

Together, these two organizations have designed and implemented our Africa Ewaka Model project, empowering vulnerable children through holistic care and transformative programming that fosters resilience, talent, and community impact.

About the Production

“Beacon of Hope” is a touching theatrical dance performance that explores the devastating impact of domestic violence on families and society, taken from experiences from the children at Africa Ewaka.

Through three acts—Destruction, Survival, and Renewal—the children narrate their journey from broken homes and street life to healing and transformation through the support of Africa Ewaka.

This production is not only a performance... it is a call for empathy, advocacy, and action.

It raises awareness about the realities faced by survivors and invites the audience to

stand with organizations that offer refuge and hope.
