Team Captain Spotlight: Adam Hightower is the Athletic Director and Head Baseball Coach at John Wood Community College, where he combines leadership, mentorship, and a passion for developing student-athletes. A graduate of both John Wood Community College and Quincy University, Adam is a former collegiate athlete who continues to invest in the next generation through coaching and community involvement. Outside of athletics, Adam is a proud husband to Daryle Hightower, Doctor of Chiropractic at Thrive Chiropractic, and a devoted father to their five amazing children: four boys and one girl. When he’s not on the field, Adam enjoys cooking, grilling, and making memories with his family.
