Team Captain Spotlight: Michaela Tappe is the Founder and Owner of Curating CARE Consulting, where she partners with leaders, teams, and organizations to strengthen Connections, Alignment, Resilience, and Education through intentional empowerment and growth. Michaela is deeply passionate about supporting children, families, foster care, cancer care, and dementia care initiatives that create lasting community impact. She and her husband, Andy, welcomed their daughter, Ja’Niya, into their family in 2022, an experience that further strengthened their commitment to serving and advocating for children and families in need. She currently serves on the QPS Foundation Board and Quincy University National Alumni Board. Michaela and her husband, Andy, are passionate about investing in their community and serving whole-heartedly.
