Recovery Community Foundation of Forsyth, Inc. (d/b/a The Connection Forsyth is a Recovery Community Organization located in Cumming, GA. The Connection Forsyth is committed to empowering RECOVERY through wellness for families in our area. 100% of your contribution will be used to support our year-long wellness initiative, reentry support for returning citizens, intake fees for individuals entering treatment, relapse prevention programming, and peer-to-peer support services. Over 10,000 peers walked through the doors of The Connection Forsyth in 2022. Your financial gift will help us to continue to offer these support services free of charge to anyone who is seeking recovery support services.
