Jere's Fundraiser for Stepping Stone

Stepping Stone of San Diego has been saving lives since 1976 as one of the nation’s only non-profit addiction recovery, mental health programs specializing in LGBTQ+ care. We meet people where they are, and provide essential support to those seeking recovery. 

Stepping Stone of San Diego has been at the forefront of addiction recovery and health services tailored to the LGBTQ+ community, including residential treatment, counseling, sober-living and housing assistance, outpatient programming and other health resources.  While we proud serve our Queer community we welcome all through our doors!

Did you know? 

1. LGBTQ+ people are TWICE as likely to have substance use disorders More than HALF of LGBTQ+ people identify as having problems with substance abuse.
2. LGBTQ+ people are FOUR TIMES as likely to commit suicide.
3. The LGBTQ+ community is under attack - particularly evident in our Trans, Drag and LGBTQ+ communities - and we are seeing a rise in substance use disorders and a great demand for our health interventions as a result.
