This playful tuxedo wants to be your best friend. Rigatoni is one years old and stuck in an overcrowded rural shelter in Lynchburg. Full of life, she's forever hopeful she'll find a forever home. If we can get her up to HT, she'll be able to wait in a comfortable forever home instead of a crowded shelter cage.
