Blue Bear is Feeling Blue

Blue Bear is another evacuated kitty from a NC shelter avoiding Hurricane Florence.  This super cuddly, handsome boy has had a tough go of it.  He's FIV positive and on arrival we thought his eye had ruptured. It was one scary looking eye.  Two vet appointments, antibiotics and a weekend of eye meds six times a day later, he was able to get in to see the eye specialist.  Great news in that she doesn't think the eye has actually ruptured, but it's going to take some serious TLC and dedicated time for continued rounds of eye meds many times a day to save the eye.  Each appointment cost and the five medications have really added up.  Help us support these costs so we can continue saving kitties like Blue Bear.
