One cannot have educational excellence without equity.

While oppression manifests uniquely in each community, do not mistaken that oppression is interconnected globally. This means that our liberation is in our collective intersections. What if we could co-create language for our liberation?

Why education - one of the biggest leverage of influence is a system of education - what if students grew up to know they were brilliant - how might they try harder, reach for their potential, not take offense so easily - which is where oppression stems from - the fear of the other - diversity has become a bad word and we are here to reclaim that as human beings we authentically want to connect with each other and build on each other's unique gifts.

We have reached 6 countries, 20 states and influenced thousands of educators and students. We continue to work with institutions at the elementary, middle, and high school levels as well as community colleges and universities, both public and private. Our tools are easily adaptable to a diverse range of educational settings: from San Rafael’s Canal neighborhood to public schools in Minneapolis & Chicago, to Catholic schools in Louisville & Boston, to favelas in Brazil and after school programs in India. E3’s tools provide a framework that values the diverse and rich experiences our students bring to the classroom and translates these life experiences into valuable skills. This network will allow E3 to grow to reach our new ambitious goal of reaching 3 billion students worldwide #E3billion.
