From Girlhood to Greatness

Over the past decade, we've experienced significant growth, requiring us to ensure adequate resources for our scholars and little sisters. In 2022, we paused our programs after rapid growth, driven by a shift to virtual programming during COVID-19. Before the pandemic, we impacted over 500 students in New York City, a testament to the collective efforts of our community. The hiatus allowed us to strengthen our organization, develop new programs, and refine our strategies to support girls of color better. As we embark on a new chapter, we invite you to join us in empowering the next generation of young women leaders through innovative and impactful programming.
