Help Clear Jasper's Last Hurdle

Jasper made it out of the shelter and is enjoying being taken care of in a foster home. He arrived in very rough shape - heartworm positive, a skin infection, and more. But the last piece he needs help with is a dental.

As you can imagine, if the rest of him was in such bad shape - his mouth was the same or even worse. As a senior, it's important for him to have proper nutrition and he can only do that after getting his teeth cleaned and some potentially extracted.
