JCK Foundation 12th Annual Legends Day

Hello everyone!! It's hard to believe that it's our 12th annual JCK "Legends Day"! It's a day that we can remember and honor the amazing life of John Kelly and provide hope to anyone who feels alone!! The power of community is so important. It's been truly a banner year for the JCK Foundation and your support is more important than ever. 

Since last year's "Legends Day", we've run our workshops at over 40 schools and have directly impacted over 17,000 students, faculty members and parents. This year, we've launched a wonderful initiative called the "Student Legends Network". These are students from all the districts that we visit coming together every other Thursday night to meet! Inside these meetings, the students talk about ways to make mental health more approachable and to take care of themselves and support their friends, classmates and loved ones! These meetings are led by our team which include, John Tessitore, our program managers, Kevin McMahon and Sydney Moraitis as well as a psychologist, Patrick Sheehan! Although, we "lead" these meetings, all we are doing is curating a space where these students can empower each other. It's truly been a wonderful way for students to build confidence, compassion, skills, knowledge and leadership. We hope this can continue to flourish and help as many students as possible!

Our goal is to raise $50,000 at this year's Legends Day which will directly go to changing the lives and supporting these amazing students and programs. We can't do this without you and remember, YOU ARE NEVER ALONE!!!!!
