Jeff Manley -- Stark Naked

Jeff Manley is a 28 year resident of Orange County and been an active member in the commercial real estate game for that entire period.  His focus is helping users of commercial space, like Stark (a client), navigate the process of identifying the appropriate space to let a company thrive.  He has been a managing principal in three of the largest “tenant representation” firms in Orange County, The Staubach Company, Cresa and now currently at Savills.  During his idle time, he spends it trying to get a stupid little white ball into a hole with implements ill-suited for that purpose.  His passion for golf is the impetus for the charity he has chosen to support during his Stark Naked challenge, The First Tee.  He is a member of the Orange County BOD of the The First Tee and hopes to help create greater awareness of the mission of The First Tee, to teach Orange County’s youth important life skills through the game of golf.  Jeff’s  decision to take on the Stark Naked challenge was motivated by an inner competitive curiosity to prove to himself that he could do it and to find out what would actually happen when he does do it.  Knowing that only good things would result, to include raising money for a worthy charity, he harkened back to one of the most iconic lines from the movie classic, “Risky Business”,….sometimes you just gotta say what the f…….k!
