JLDI - Johnson Lake Development, Inc.

Johnson Lake Development, Inc. is an organization formed to provide management, services, and operations for lot holders who lease property from the Central Nebraska Public Power and Irrigation District at Johnson Lake.

The services provided help to maintain the lake with amenities that make it easier for those lot holders and visiting public lake users to enjoy the lake.

Some of these services include seasonal trash removal, a grass and leaf dump site, and access to area roads.

With this in mind, we would like to construct a building at the JLDI dump site that is large enough to house a tractor with a loader, a zero-turn mower, and other relevant equipment to make the dump operations more efficient and cost-effective.
