Kelley & Mandy Grace’s Shelter Slumber Pawty 2025

On April 5th, several Sarge’s team members and volunteers will get the chance to spend 24 hours at Sarge’s Animal Rescue for our 3rd Annual Shelter Slumber Pawty! That’s right - a lucky few will cuddled up with rescue dogs & cats experiencing a night in their world, all to raise funds for the animals who need us most.

Mandy Grace, pictured above, is a Sarge’s alum.  Her story began when she was adopted as a puppy from Sarge’s.  After spending nearly 11 years with her first adopted family, Mandy Grace, a healthy senior dog,  was surrendered to Sarge’s through no fault of her own.  In a perfect world, every senior pet would spend its twilight years surrounded by a loving family.  But sadly, senior pets that end up in shelters often do not get that chance. Thanks to the dedicated work of our caring staff, volunteers, fosters and donors, Mandy Grace’s story has a happy ending.  She is now a cherished family member of my household!  By donating to this cause and helping us reach of goal of $30,000, Sarge’s can carry out our mission to save lives and give animals like Mandy Grace the second chance they deserve!
