Joe Cool was found at a cat colony where someone was working to get all of the cats altered through Trap Neuter Return. Joe was new to the colony and very friendly with strangers, making it clear he had once had a home and a family. The trapper found him a temporary foster home. With your help, Joe Cool can come to Homeward Trails and find a comfortable home where he'll never run the risk of ending up on the streets again.
