Studies have shown that an unaltered female dog can produce 67,000 puppies over the course of six years through her lineage. For cats, that number is a staggering 317,000 kittens over the course of six years. The spay and neuter clinics that we fund are performed by a team of doctors who create a sterile environment in mobile operating rooms and tents for the working poor pet owners in the area. There are also many homeless street dogs and cats who are sterilized to help with the overpopulation issues in the community. Pets that have been spayed/neutered live longer and healthier lives with fewer issues in their own health and the wellbeing of their owners. 100% of the donations we collect go directly to fund the veterinary surgeries and the necessary supplies needed. Thank you for including JO Gives in your charitable giving!
