Join Team Haven!

Haven Humane Society has been serving the North State since 1952 and we have never faced anything like what we are facing now. Animal rescue is experiencing a very tough time and we are no exception. We have been affected by a decrease in donations and revenue with the forced closure of the shelter and cancellation of events and programs which bring in crucial funding for taking in and caring for the homeless and at-risk pets of our community.

While it's a very difficult and trying time, something incredible has also happened for not only Haven, but among animal shelters across the country. Families all over America have opened their homes to foster and adopt shelter animals, clearing many shelters out! At Haven, many animals have met with potential adopters by appointment only and some have been lucky enough to find their forever family! We are so grateful for that!

The animal rescue community is banding together at this time to celebrate the silver linings  with a National House Pawty Event, created and sponsored by Gateway Pet Guardians. There will be a Facebook Live House Pawty on April 18th at 4PM PST (more info to come!) and we are raising money all over the country so that we can keep saving lives! Our ability to provide care for the most vulnerable population is dependent on your continued support; we need you now more than ever as we hope for the best but continue to prepare for the worst. 

All the funds raised on this page will come directly to Haven Humane Society.
