"I had always wanted to get Megan into an art program at The Hudgens but, as a single parent, I just couldn’t afford it. Plus, with my work schedule, getting her to a class during the week was impossible.

“Having excellent instructors willing to give up their Saturday mornings for such a great cause was amazing. Because of the Hudgens’ smART Program, Megan received many accolades.”

Janet Smart, Megan's mom

When you give, you help students like Megan develop their artistic talents. Thanks to the support of generous donors like you, between twenty and twenty-three smART scholarship students meet every Saturday through the school year. Guided by professional artists, they get the chance to grow their talent for the nine months they’re in the program. The end result? A professional art portfolio and skills they can use to pursue their craft.
