Honoring the Legacy of Judge S.D.

This fundraising page was setup by friends of the Family to raise funds for the Public Interest Law Center (PILC) in honor of Judge Dalzell, whose contributions to the law, legal profession, and community were profound and enduring.

PILC uses high-impact legal strategies to advance the civil, social, and economic rights of communities in the Philadelphia region facing discrimination, inequality, and poverty.  PILC uses litigation, community education, advocacy, and organizing to secure their access to fundamental resources and services.
