FUNDRAISER & COAT DRIVE SUCCESS!!
This fundraiser has been a great success and we are very thankful and humbled by the community's support. These donations helped us purchase 30+ new coats, new gloves/mittens, & new warm socks. We have also received many coat and clothing donations in new or almost new condition.
At this time, we are not seeking any more donations of clothing or money. We have both enough for the students and families currently on the Family Center's distribution list, and a little extra, just in case, for any additional students or families who contact the Family Center later.

This year, the Amherst schools Parent Guardian Organizations, with the ARPS Family Center, are holding our annual Winter Coat Collection & Distribution remotely.
Through Dec 14th, our FOCUS IS ON COLLECTING NEW WARM WINTER COATS (as well as gently used ones), for over 90 ARPS students who have been identified by the ARPS Family Center as needing coats for this winter. All sizes are needed (pre-K through adult) and families can sign up to donate coats directly.
This year with Covid-19, we are also accepting monetary donations.
Donations can be made here or via check to Tracy Zafian, ARPS PGO Treasurer, 51 Blue Hills Road, Amherst, MA 01002. Gift cards are also being accepted.
WE APPRECIATE EVERY DONATION and ALL FUNDS raised will go to purchase new coats and other warm winter outerwear.
