Xavier asks for your help to finish Big Wave

As many of you know, we’ve been searching for a place for Xavier to live as an adult in a community setting -separate from us. We were thrilled to find the Big Wave project, where he will have a lifelong home surrounded by his community next to a FARM!! A safe life with purpose and joy is what we have always wished for him.  Xavier is so happy when we visit the farm for volunteer days -he loves to fill the wheel barrel with big weeds!  Our family is participating in Coastside Gives this year, a fundraising effort for nonprofits that will benefit Big Wave. Your donation will help in many areas including supporting our Farm which serves the greater IDD community, as well as to help build four needs-based units for families not as fortunate as ours. Big Wave is a 501©(3) nonprofit organization that aims to provide lifelong housing, access to opportunities, and a sense of community for Bay Area adults with special needs.
