$300 goal

In 2017 I sustained a traumatic brain injury from being hit by a truck while walking across the street. I was flown to UVA where I was placed in a coma on life support. I worked hard to relearn basic life skills and come back through physical, occupational and speech therapy. It’s a life changing injury. I’m giving back through sharing my story, writing articles, support group involvement  and serving on the Brain Injury Connections of the Shenandoah Valley board. Our annual fundraiser is the Zombie Run at Fear Forest. Your support means a great deal to all of us living with a brain injury. Every dollar helps provide programs and services for these individuals and their families. Thank you so much for your donation or participation in this event!
