I am sure I am not alone in saying, "I don't like to work out." But if there is anything I do like, it is to challenge myself and push through my discomfort.

For many of us, the last two years have brought an opportunity for personal growth. And just like many others, I have hit significant milestones too. I turned 40 and fully pivoted in my career as a wardrobe stylist. It is only natural that I want to stay on the path to personal growth and turn caring for my body and mind into my daily mantra. Stark Naked is the perfect jumpstart to this lifelong journey.

My charity is Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County, an organization that believes that every child deserves the same chance to succeed no matter their adversities.
