Why donate to find a cure for NF2?
Finding a cure or preventative treatment is crucial to ensure that those living with NF2 can lead full and productive lives.
However, because mutations in the NF2 gene are present in many other benign tumors and cancers, developing a cure for NF2 could ultimately pave the way for treating a wide range of other conditions, including sporadic vestibular schwannomas, meningiomas, and over twenty cancer types that contain NF2 mutations.
