Kathleen Thomsen fundraising for Second Annual Miss ARC Broward Pageant

Dear Family and Friends,

I am raising money for the Second Annual Miss Arc of Broward County Pageant and am hoping that you will donate to this great cause. The Pageant is so special to the young ladies who participate and you can help make it an unforgetable time.  No amount is too small.....or too large! 

ARC Broward, a nonprofit human services organization dedicated to providing services to children and adults with developmental disabilities invites you to be part of its second annual Miss ARC Broward Pageant. This event will give young girls ages 6-17 with disabilities the opportunity to participate in a pageant that will inspire them to reach their full potential.

The Miss ARC Broward Pageant is a two-day event for 20 young girls with disabilities where they can participate in a pageant in a supportive environment. Join us for a magical weekend celebrating these young girls for what they are on the inside. With special guest judge, CBS4's Ted Scouten, and other local celebrities, contestants will be treated to an unforgettable weekend.  The crowning of Miss Arc of Broward County will be on November 16, 2014 at the Parker Playhouse at 5:00 p.m.

In the Miss ARC Broward Pageant, everyone is a winner! Each participant receives a special award for their participation. With your help, we can give these girls the ultimate gift of self-esteem and confidence.
