For the past few years, I've been extremely grateful to work and be part of J-Sei. I've met people from various backgrounds and learned so much from them. Each staff and volunteer I've gotten to work with have an incredibly compassionate spirit and they've helped our community expand our services to seniors who need them most. 

Our fundraising efforts will directly go towards services J-Sei provides to homebound and isolated seniors who live in Contra Costa and Alameda Counties. Our services include Meals on Wheels (lunch deliveries), a caregiver directory, case management, educational classes for seniors, and our senior assisted living home in Hayward - just to name a few. As Senior Nutrition Services Manager, I've seen and experienced firsthand how much our meal deliveries has grown - we've been able to deliver nearly 35,000 lunches to 190+ seniors within the past year! Our numbers are steadily growing each month and we are so grateful and proud that we are the only ethnic and hot meal provider in both counties we serve.

As we aim to expand our services even more, we'll able to help more isolated and homebound seniors with healthy and high quality meals with care with your help!
