Donate to Mayta's Fundraiser

Hi friends, I'm helping to fundraise for one of my favorite local nonprofit organizations: Khmer Girls in Action (KGA), which is where I also work. :) KGA is a community-based organization with a mission to build a progressive and sustainable Long Beach community that works for gender, racial, and economic justice led by Southeast Asian young women. I'm fundraising for KGA because I believe in their work and know that they are developing young leaders that are creating positive changes for their lives, families, and communities. 

This month, KGA is participating in Give In May, which is a month-long giving campaign that aims to help raise awareness about issues impacting the Asian American and Pacific Islander community and raise funds to support the community. Help us reach our $10,000 team goal and help us place in the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd place for having the most unique # of donors to score extra money for our youth! We are currently in 5th place as of May 31, 3:25pm PT! The competition is fierce but we can do this. 

As of May 31 at 3:25pm I have also made my $400 goal but will keep going to ensure we win the extra $5,000. If you have friends who are willing to support and donate $5, it will help us out so much. Let's get it!
