Labor of Love (TURN Community Services)

It is time again for our annual Labor of Love Holiday Gift Program which has been providing holiday gifts for individuals with disabilities since 1972.

We are currently seeking donations, sponsors, and volunteers to support our annual giving effort. The success of our Labor of Love program comes from the participation of people who sponsor the program every year through buying and donating gifts, donating monetarily to help purchase gifts, and volunteers who offer their time to help shop and wrap the gifts. 

Your help benefits adults and children who need simple everyday necessities. Many of these individuals are currently on a waiting list for much-needed services and have little or no family support. These individuals and families live far below the poverty line. Our Labor of Love program provides assistance for people during the holidays and helps not only with basic needs but also offers community support and caring. 

If you need assistance during the holidays or know of an individual or family in need please contact us today. People are eligible for Labor of Love if:
- They have a significant disability.
- They are low income and need assistance.
- Cannot afford necessities such as clothing, winter wear, shoes or household items.
