Leadership Unlimited (LU) develops individuals into effective business and community leaders. This community leadership program expands participants’ knowledge of the challenges and opportunities within Richland County through tours, activities, and discussions.
The program develops community-minded leaders through leadership development training, community familiarization, and networking. The Leadership Unlimited Class of 2023 reported growth in these three areas.
Since 1982, the program has showcased Richland County's benefits and opportunities for growth while helping to shape its future. As we enter our 40th year of this program, we have graduated approximately 1,000 amazing LU alumni.
We are asking community members and LU alumni to invest in this impactful program that develops leaders who are aware of community needs and positioned to help solve them.
Leadership Unlimited aims to represent the community by having a diverse cohort of industries, business sizes, and cities/villages represented.
Donations will be used toward scholarships for LU class members who apply for tuition assistance and meet specific criteria.
