Leo - Sweet Boy Tied to Crumbling House

This boy crushed our souls when we met him. We had heard of two dogs left behind by a family who fled the earthquake. Nutmeg was left on a balcony and this boy chained to a crumbling house. When we approached him he was so desperate for his humans that he wrapped his legs around us so tightly we fell over...and then he covered us with kisses. But we could not take him that day. We had nowhere for him to go. And so we had to drive away as his sad eyes followed us, not knowing that we promised to come back. Two days later we GOT HIM! He's now safe but needs to come to the DC area for neutering and adoption. Help us get him here and NEVER let him be left behind again.
