Leadership Empowerment Project

Leadership Empowerment Project (LEP) provides leadership training and mentorship for college-aged men of color. Our hearts' desire is to provide a foundation for our LEP Fellows to become successful college graduates, effective leaders in life and men of great integrity. Leadership training and mentorship are provided to LEP Fellows FREE of charge.

LEP recruits a culturally diverse pool of mentors that have exemplary resumes and experience. Mentors guide the participants through the process of securing internships and job opportunities. They also continue to support participants as they settle into their respective career paths.

LEP is a nationwide outreach to provide leadership training, mentorship, internship connections, job leads, and scholarships. Funds raised will broaden our capabilities to reach and impact the lives of more young men.
