Leyla Cook - Stark Naked

I am doing Stark Naked to prove to myself that I have the self discipline and capabilities to do what it takes to create the best version of myself. In the past, I have always had a hard time putting myself before others so I think Stark Naked will allow me to work on finding a better balance with this and help me overcome the mental block that causes it.
