Lost in the Crowd

You can tell Lucy looks overwhelmed by her new environment. We don't know why or how she ended up at a crowded, rural shelter, but this 1 year old doesn't understand it. The shelter is loud, cold, and full of strangers. Often dogs in this situation start shutting down and retreat into themselves. This only makes them harder to adopt out. We can get Lucy out of her current situation and to Homeward Trails so that she has a chance to decompress and meet a perfect family who will never give her up. Please help!
