Little Man Was Minutes Away from Dying!

It happened so fast. Something seemed off with Little Man, but nothing obvious - sleeping more than normal, less of an appetite. And then things got bad - he was in the litter box straining to urinate, screaming in pain. By the time we got him to the vet, he was only minutes away from dying. Little Man's urinary tract had become blocked with crystals meaning his bladder was filling up without a way to empty it. His bladder was so full it was only a matter of time before it ruptured, something that would have been deadly. 

The vet wasn't sure she would be able to save him, but was able to unblock him and place a catheter to keep him from reblocking. Little Man isn't out of the woods, he'll need careful observation to make sure he is able to clear the crystals from his system and give his urinary tract a chance to heal from the traumatic ordeal. Like any emergency care, this didn't come cheap and we could really use your help covering the cost of the procedure and continuing to provide him lifesaving care. Anything helps as Little Man fights for his life!
