Leo has been through a lot

Leo hasn't ever experienced the joy of being a beloved pet. He was living in a home crowded with dogs. In fact, it was so crowded that the animal control officer asked his owners to give him up. Leo ended up in a shelter in southern Virginia. His odds of getting adopted there aren't good. But if we can get him here, we feel confident we could find him a family and home where he could thrive.
