Lady is an absolutely precious, all black, Lab mix that was surrendered due to no fault of her own – unfortunately her owner didn’t want to spay her and couldn’t afford to keep her after she has already had puppies once. This brown-eyed, airplane-eared, and waggy-tailed girl is currently at a southern Virginia shelter, which often have low resources, low foot traffic, and higher euthanasia rates.
