Lucy, Lexi, Luther, & Liam are absolutely adorable basset / lab mix puppies that were surrendered to a West Virginia shelter by their owner due to no fault of their own. These squishy pups are brown, black, gray, and white bundles of joy! A West Virginia shelter that is loud, crowded, low resource, low foot traffic, and high euthanasia rate is no place for young puppies.
