Senior Luca Deserves a Loving Home

Luca is a 10-year-old beagle that was found as a stray wandering alone in southern Virginia. This seemingly-sweet senior appears to have tan and white markings, though his fur and skin seem quite irritated and pink in spots. His nails are also longer. The streets – nor a loud, crowded shelter that most likely has low resources, low foot traffic, and higher euthanasia rates – are no place for a senior dog.
