Lucky Penny Has Been Saved From A Hoarder!

Living in filth, no guaranteed meals, hungry dogs and awful smells - that is how Penny's life has been summed up this far. She has spent the last 3 years living in a hoarder's home. Often times, dogs with no structure will develop a pack mentality and occasionally turn against each other. We are so relieved that no one tried to hurt Penny, but until she was turned over to the rural WV shelter, she was living her worst life.  Penny's luck is about to turn around though.
