Georgia Military College opened its Columbus campus at Fort Benning in 1996. As the campus grew, it relocated to Midtown Columbus in 2004 and then to its present location at 7300 Blackmon Road in 2013. The campus offers state-of-the-art instructional technology and a campus-wide broad-band, wireless mesh network. Flexible class scheduling allows students to take classes during the day, at night, on the weekends, or online. Students are able to earn an Associate’s and Bachelor’s degrees.
Our students, staff and faculty believe in serving the community through a variety of philanthropic activities. They collect donations for Damascus Way, Feed the Valley and for homeless Veterans. They participate in blood drives and toy drives.
Your gift to the Columbus Endowed Scholarship provides tuition assistance for Columbus campus students, ensuring another generation of students will have a chance to excel in academics, leadership, and service. As we look to the future, we know the school will be able to attribute much of the institution’s success to the passion and generosity of GMC supporters. We are grateful for your dedication to Georgia Military College-Columbus as we continue to make a difference in the lives of our students.
