I always say TJO is the municipal animal control shelter with the heart of a humane society. TJO serves the cities of Springfield, Holyoke, and Chicopee, MA. While the primary mission is to assist with stray animals or those in need of Animal Control intervention, we recognize that that is not the only need of animals in our communities. Where there are humans living in poverty, there are animals living in poverty. Those animals need our support. We need you to ‘Help Us - Help Them”
