HACC has been a primary social service agency for children, youth and families living in poverty in Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood for over 44 years. Founded in 1967, HACC is one of the oldest nonsectarian, nonprofit charitable social-services provider in the Rogers Park neighborhood of Chicago.
HACC has many life changing programs, such as Adult Education which now serves nearly 700 low-income adults by increasing literacy and providing (through classes and tutoring) the prospect of obtaining further education and credentials so they may secure employment and improve their lives.
